We offer a 60-day product guarantee on eligible products purchased from Fidgy.in.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops functioning properly within 60 days of delivery, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• Partial refund
• Full refund (in selected cases)

No Return Policy

Currently, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• a damaged item,
• defective product,
• or wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Unboxing video/photos
• Clear explanation of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional shipping cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in selected situations such as:

• Non-delivery of order
• Verified defective product where replacement is unavailable
